How to make tiwul rice

The way to make tiwul is as follows
Materials and tools :
1. Cassava or ordinary people call it cassava peeled
2. Banana leaves that have been cleaned
3. Mashed tools
4. Shredded coconut / red sugar.
how to make tiwul:
1. Dry the peeled cassava first to dry, about four days or one week,
2. If the cassava has dried, wash the cassava and mash it roughly. People usually refer to this dry cassava as cassava.
3. After pounding, the cassava wrap that has been pounded with banana leaves and fold the banana leaves as neatly as possible.
4. Then add tiwul rice to the cage, and steam until cooked, about one to one and a half hours.
5. If the tiwul rice is cooked, remove it from the cage and serve it with melted brown sugar or grated coconut.
